Street Level’s free health screening clinic is
open to all low-wage workers who do not have
health insurance. We offer basic diagnostic
and treatment services, as well as referral and
case management services. Our services
are available without regard to ethnicity, race,
gender identity, sexual orientation, religion,
immigration status or ability to pay.
Street Level provides free assistance to
clients in need of help navigating the local
systems and services available for
healthcare, legal, mental health, housing, food
and others. We maintain an up-to-date
registry of referrals for specialty healthcare
needs, dental, eye care, shelters and more,
and we work to support clients in obtaining
the care they need.
Referrals and Health Navigation
|
Individuals are provided with a safe space to
share their experiences, and a counselor can
help them to create a plan to address issues
in their lives. Many clients are referred to
SLHP's Mental Health Workshops for further
support.
Counselors also help clients navigate the
healthcare and community service system to
secure specialized services like addiction
treatment or support groups.
